This apartment is located in very centrally, in close proximity to Zürich Main Station and Sihlpost. The tram stop Kasernenstrasse can be reached in a couple of minutes. Zurich Main Station also is easily reachable by foot in a couple of minutes. The apartment´s furnishment is modern and comes fully equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are furnished pleasantly. The laundry room can be found in the attic. Biweekly cleanings (weekly if requested), the changing of bedsheets and bathroom laundry, as well as the costs for electricity, heating, warm water and Internet(WIFI) are included in the rent. TV and radio fees will be invoiced to you directly on a case by case basis, through a responsible body representing the federal government. For the final cleaning, you will be charged a one-time fee of CHF 225.-- (plus the legally owed VAT). these costs will be due with the first rent payment. The security deposit amounts to a monthly rent and is payable with the first monthly invoice.
