Trams Nr.11 and 14 will take you to Paradeplatz via Zurich Main Station. The apartment´s furnishment is modern and comes fully equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are up to today´s standards. The laundry room can be found in the attic. Biweekly cleanings (weekly if requested), the changing of bedsheets and bathroom laundry, as well as the costs for electricity, heating, warm water and Internet(WIFI) are included in the rent. TV and radio fees will be invoiced to you directly on a case by case basis, through a responsible body representing the federal government. For the final cleaning, you will be charged a one-time fee of CHF 225.-- (plus the legally owed VAT). these costs will be due with the first rent payment.
