This apartment is located in a quiet area, in Zürich-Albisrieden. The bus stop Sackzelg can be reached in a couple of minutes. Bus Nr.67 will take you Schmiede-Wiedikon. From there the Tram Nr.14 and the trains S2/S24 will take you to Zürich Main Station. The apartment´s furnishment is modern and comes fully equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are up to todays standards. The laundry room can be found in the basement. Biweekly cleanings (weekly if requested), the changing of bedsheets and bathroom laundry, as well as the costs for electricity, heating, warm water and Internet(WIFI) are included in the rent. TV and radio fees will be invoiced to you directly on a case by case basis, through a responsible body representing the federal government. For the final cleaning, you will be charged a one-time fee of CHF 360.-- (plus the legally owed VAT): these costs will be due with the first rent payment. The security deposit amounts to a monthly rent and is payable with the first monthly invoice.
