This apartment is quiet and located very centrally, close to Zürich-Wollishofen and the Zürich Lake. The tram stop and the station Zürich-Wollishofen can be reached in a couple of minutes. Tram Nr. 7 and the Trains S8/S24 will take you to the Zürich Main Station. The apartment´s furnishment is modern and comes fully equipped. The seperate kitchen and bathroom are up to today´s standards. The laundry room can be found in the basement. Biweekly cleanings (weekly if requested), the changing of bedsheets and bathroom laundry, as well as the costs for electricity, heating, warm water and Internet(WIFI) are included in the rent. TV and radio fees will be invoiced to you directly on a case by case basis, through a responsible body representing the federal government. For the final cleaning, you will be charged a one-time fee of CHF 360.-- (plus the legally owen VAT). these costs will be due with the first rent payment. The security deposit amounts to a monthly rent and is payable with the first monthly invoice.
