This apartment is located in a quiet yet central neighborhood. The street it is on, is a dead end. The apartment is in close proximity to Central and the Zürich Main station. The tram stop Haldenegg can be reached in a couple of minutes. The trams Nr.11 and 14 operate to the Zürich Main station and Paradeplatz. The bus Nr.46 will also take you to the Main station. The apartment´s furnishment is modern and comes fully equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are up to today´s standards. A washer and dryer can be found in the apartment. Biweekly cleanings (weekly if requested), the changing of bedsheets and bathroom laundry, as well as the costs for electricity, heating, warm water and Internet(WIFI) are included in the rent. TV and radio fees will be invoiced to you directly on a case by case basis, through a responsible body representing the federal government.
