This apartment is located very centrally, in close proximity to Zurich Main Station and Central. The tram stop ´Sonneggstrasse´ can be reached in a couple of minutes. Tram Nr-7 will take you to Paradeplatz via Main Station. Tram Nr.15 operates to Stadelhofen Station. The apartment´s furnishment is modern and comes fully equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are up to today´s standards. The laundry room can be found on the 1st floor. Biweekly cleanings (weekly if requested), the changing of bedsheets and bathroom laundry, as well as the costs for electricity, heating, warm water and Internet(WIFI) are included in the rent. TV and radio fees will be invoiced to you directly on a case by case basis, through a responsible body representing the federal government.
