This apartment is located in Dübendorf, in the Uster district of the canton of Zurich. The A1 motorway is about 7 km away. It crosses Switzerland in an east-west direction. Stettbach train station is about 1 km away on foot. Tram 12 runs directly along Ringwiesenstrasse towards Stettbach train station and airport train station. The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped. A large terrace invites you to linger in the summer. The kitchen and bathroom meet today´s standards. The washing machine is in the corridor outside the apartment. The price includes a bi-weekly cleaning (weekly on request), changing bed and bathroom linen, and costs for electricity, heating, hot water and Internet (WIFI). TV/radio fees (broadcasting fees) are billed directly by the responsible authority on a case-by-case basis. We charge a one-off fee of CHF 225 for the final cleaning (plus the legally owed VAT). These costs are due with the first rental invoice. The deposit to be paid amounts to one month´s rent (payable with the first rental invoice).
